SHARED TERMS

These Shared Terms apply to the Brand Kit Standard License, Daily Teaching Project License, and Course Content Terms.

1. SELLER

Products are sold and licensed by:

2. US-ONLY LAUNCH

At launch, paid products are offered only to customers in the United States.

Eden HQ LLC may expand to additional countries later.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

The separate Europe Add-On below does not apply until Eden HQ LLC activates sales to the EU or UK.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account or purchase a product.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18.

4. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are shown before payment.

Applicable US sales or similar taxes may be added at checkout where required.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Eden HQ LLC may use Stripe Tax to calculate and collect applicable taxes in jurisdictions where Eden HQ LLC is registered or otherwise required to collect them.

Using Stripe Tax does not by itself remove Eden HQ LLC's registration, filing, or remittance obligations.

5. VOLUNTARY 14-DAY REFUND POLICY

Unless a product page states a more favorable policy, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days after Stripe confirms your payment.

Include:

  • the email address used for purchase;
  • the product name.

BRAND KITS

Downloading the files alone does not end the 14-day voluntary refund period.

The voluntary refund is no longer available after the Brand Kit has been used in:

  • a live public product;
  • a product offered for sale;
  • a paid product;
  • a completed client delivery;
  • another commercial deployment.

Mandatory legal refund rights still apply.

COURSES AND DAILY

Watching lessons, downloading a checkpoint, or beginning the course does not automatically eliminate the voluntary 14-day refund period.

6. REFUND ABUSE

Eden HQ LLC may deny a voluntary refund when there is reasonable evidence of abuse.

Examples include:

  • repeatedly buying, downloading, and refunding the same or similar products;
  • sharing or redistributing paid materials before requesting the refund;
  • using multiple accounts to repeat refunds;
  • providing false information about whether a Brand Kit was commercially deployed;
  • account sharing intended to give unpaid users access;
  • requesting a refund after materially violating the applicable license.

This does not limit refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. EFFECT OF A REFUND

When a purchase is refunded:

  • access tied to that purchase ends;
  • the license granted by that purchase ends;
  • you must delete downloaded source materials covered only by that license;
  • you may not begin new projects using those refunded materials;
  • you may not continue distributing the raw licensed materials.

A refund does not require you to delete unrelated original work you created independently.

FINISHED PRODUCTS

Under Eden HQ LLC's voluntary policy, a Brand Kit refund ordinarily will not be granted after commercial or client deployment.

If applicable law requires a refund after a kit or teaching project has already been incorporated into a distributed product:

  • you must stop new licensed use;
  • you must stop using the refunded materials in new products;
  • you must remove or replace the refunded materials in future versions where reasonably practicable;
  • you do not have to remotely disable or recall copies already lawfully delivered to end users before the refund unless applicable law requires it.

8. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Eden HQ LLC provides educational material, tools, examples, and licensed resources.

No product guarantees:

  • project completion;
  • error-free code;
  • uninterrupted software operation;
  • compatibility with every tool or device;
  • App Store approval;
  • approval by another platform;
  • sales;
  • revenue;
  • profit;
  • business growth;
  • audience growth.

9. AI OUTPUT

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, insecure, inconsistent, or unexpected results.

AI output can vary between runs.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing what you use or ship.

Where relevant, this includes checking:

  • code;
  • security;
  • accessibility;
  • privacy;
  • data handling;
  • platform requirements;
  • permissions;
  • purchases;
  • factual claims;
  • design behavior.

An AI message saying that a task succeeded is not proof that the result works.

10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

The products may teach or interact with third-party tools or services.

Examples can include AI services, hosting services, developer platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, email services, or app marketplaces.

Those third parties operate under their own terms, licenses, privacy policies, eligibility rules, prices, and usage limits.

Eden HQ LLC does not control future changes made by those third parties.

Purchasing an Eden HQ LLC product does not grant you rights under a third-party service beyond the rights that service grants directly to you.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for third-party materials governed by their own licenses, the original course materials, Brand Kits, Daily teaching materials, and related resources are owned or controlled by Eden HQ LLC.

Each specific product license tells you what you may use, change, and distribute.

Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products, website, community, downloads, and educational materials are provided as available.

Eden HQ LLC does not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, or suitable for every particular purpose.

Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow Eden HQ LLC to exclude.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden HQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity, or business interruption arising from the products or services.

For claims that may legally be limited, Eden HQ LLC's total aggregate liability arising from a particular product or purchase will not exceed the greater of:

$100

or

the amount you paid Eden HQ LLC for the product that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits the limitation, including liability that legally cannot be excluded or capped.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction's law, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

15. VENUE

Any dispute that may legally be subject to a contractual venue provision must be brought in:

  • a state court located in Maricopa County, Arizona; or
  • if federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Mandatory consumer venue rights continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Eden HQ LLC may update these Terms for future purchases or to reflect changes in the products, law, or service.

A change does not retroactively reduce a license already granted for a completed purchase unless the change is required by law or is necessary to address security, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

COURSE CONTENT TERMS

These Course Content Terms apply to educational products sold through courses.arianrousta.com by Eden HQ LLC.

They may include courses, the Studio Track, videos, lesson text, transcripts, prompt cards, templates, downloads, diagrams, community access, and other learning materials.

YOU CAN

  • Watch the lessons you purchased.
  • Use the materials to learn.
  • Use supplied prompts in your own work.
  • Modify prompts for your own projects.
  • Fill in course templates with your own information.
  • Use your completed templates in your own work.
  • Apply the ideas and methods taught in the course to personal and commercial projects.

YOU CAN'T

  • Share your account.
  • Transfer your course access.
  • Re-upload course videos.
  • Share or resell transcripts.
  • Share or resell prompt cards.
  • Share paid downloads with non-buyers.
  • Copy the course into another course, membership, or training product.
  • Give another person access through your account.

1. PERSONAL ACCESS

Course access is personal to the buyer.

You may not sell, transfer, lend, or share your account or access credentials.

2. COURSE MATERIALS

You may use the course materials for your own learning and work.

You may not reproduce, upload, distribute, sublicense, sell, or publicly share the course materials themselves.

This restriction includes posting paid materials to:

  • public websites;
  • repositories;
  • social platforms;
  • file-sharing services;
  • communities;
  • courses;
  • memberships;
  • internal company training libraries not covered by a separate license.

3. PROMPTS

You may use and modify course prompts in your own personal and commercial work.

You may not resell or redistribute the supplied prompt collection as a competing prompt pack, downloadable product, course resource, or similar product.

4. TEMPLATES

You may fill in supplied templates with your own project information.

Your completed project content is yours.

The original blank template remains course content owned or controlled by Eden HQ LLC.

You may not redistribute the blank template unless that resource expressly says you may.

5. COMMUNITY ACCESS

Community access is personal and may be available only while you have eligible product access.

Community access is intended for learning, project discussion, support, and feedback.

It is not private one-to-one consulting and does not include unlimited debugging or guaranteed response times.

6. COMMUNITY RULES

Do not:

  • harass, threaten, or target other members;
  • post unlawful content;
  • post malware or malicious code;
  • attempt to obtain another person's passwords, API keys, or private information;
  • knowingly post another person's confidential information;
  • share paid course or Brand Kit materials;
  • spam the community;
  • impersonate another person;
  • infringe another person's intellectual property rights.

Eden HQ LLC may remove content or restrict community access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, protect the service, or comply with law.

Community moderation does not automatically remove purchased course access unless the same conduct also violates these Terms, compromises security, or involves unauthorized sharing of paid materials.

7. YOUR COMMUNITY CONTENT

You keep ownership of original content you post, including your text, screenshots, project images, and files.

You give Eden HQ LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, process, and technically modify that content only as reasonably needed to:

  • operate the community;
  • display your posts to authorized members;
  • moderate the service;
  • provide support;
  • maintain security;
  • create technical backups.

This operational license ends when the content is permanently deleted from active systems, except for reasonable backup copies, legal records, and records needed to investigate abuse or security issues.

8. MARKETING USE REQUIRES PERMISSION

Posting work in the community does not give Eden HQ LLC permission to use your work in advertising, social media, sales pages, testimonials, or other public marketing.

Eden HQ LLC must obtain your separate permission before using identifiable student work or statements for marketing.
