4. COURSE PROGRESS

If you participate in the community, we collect the content you choose to post, such as:

- screenshots;
- uploaded files;

Do not upload passwords, API keys, private credentials, or sensitive information you do not want stored.

If you contact us, we may keep:

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website and learning product are used.

11. COMMUNITY CONTENT AND MARKETING
Posting something in the course community does not give Eden HQ LLC permission to use your identifiable work or statement in public marketing.
We will obtain separate permission before using identifiable student work, screenshots, or statements in advertising, social media, sales pages, or testimonials.
12. RETENTION
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
For example:
- account and progress information may be retained while the account remains active or access must be provided;
- purchase records may be retained for accounting, tax, dispute, and fraud purposes;
- community posts may remain until deleted, moderated, or no longer needed;
- backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before being overwritten;
- support records may be retained when needed to resolve issues or maintain business records.
13. YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

15. ADULTS ONLY
The paid course platform is intended for people who are 18 or older.
If Eden HQ LLC learns that an account was created by someone who does not meet the age requirement, it may close the account and address the associated data as required by law.
16. US LAUNCH
Paid sales are initially limited to the United States.
The Europe Add-On must be activated and the privacy setup updated before sales are opened to the EU or UK.
17. CHANGES
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes.
The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
