Brand Kit Standard License

This Brand Kit Standard License is between Eden HQ LLC and the individual who obtains the Brand Kit.

YOU CAN

  • Use the Brand Kit yourself.
  • Use it in unlimited personal projects.
  • Use it in unlimited commercial projects.
  • Use it in projects you create for clients.
  • Modify it for permitted projects.
  • Sell finished products that use it.
  • Distribute finished apps and websites to unlimited end users.
  • Give a contractor temporary access when the contractor is working only for you under the conditions below.
  • Use the Brand Kit without giving credit.

YOU CAN'T

  • Share the Brand Kit with another person for their independent use.
  • Resell or redistribute the Brand Kit.
  • Upload the Brand Kit files publicly.
  • Repackage it as your own kit, theme, template, starter, Claude Skill, design system, component library, or similar product.
  • Sell or give away the raw Claude Skill folder, tokens, artwork, component library, backgrounds, or source materials.
  • Let a contractor or client reuse the Brand Kit outside your permitted project.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Eden HQ LLC gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable Standard License to use the Brand Kit under these terms.

The license is for one buyer.

You may use the Brand Kit in an unlimited number of your own projects and client projects, including commercial projects.

A future Team License may be offered for organizations that need ongoing access for multiple people. That license is not included here.

2. FINISHED PRODUCTS

You may use the Brand Kit to create finished:

  • apps;
  • websites;
  • software products;
  • client projects;
  • commercial digital products.

You may distribute or sell those finished products to an unlimited number of end users.

End users do not need their own Brand Kit license merely because your finished product uses the kit.

3. EMBEDDED USE

The kit may remain embedded in a finished product.

Project-specific code may contain values, styles, or components derived from the Brand Kit when they are part of that finished product.

You may not package those materials so another person can extract and reuse the Brand Kit as a general design system, theme, starter, or component library.

4. CLIENT WORK

You may use the Brand Kit to create finished work for clients.

A client may receive and use the finished project.

If you deliver project source code containing Brand Kit-derived components, the client may use those components to operate, maintain, and update that specific project.

The client may not extract those materials for unrelated projects or use them as a reusable design system.

If a client wants independent access to the Brand Kit itself, the client needs their own applicable license.

5. CONTRACTORS

You may give a contractor limited temporary access to Brand Kit files when all of these conditions are met:

  • the contractor is working only on a permitted project for you;
  • the contractor is not receiving an independent license;
  • the contractor agrees to keep the materials confidential;
  • the contractor may not reuse the materials for another customer or project;
  • the contractor deletes raw Brand Kit materials when the work is complete.

You are responsible for your contractor's compliance with this license.

If multiple people need ongoing independent access, each person needs an applicable license unless Eden HQ LLC later offers a Team License that covers them.

6. WHAT YOU MAY NOT REDISTRIBUTE

You may not sell, share, upload, publish, sublicense, or redistribute the Brand Kit itself.

This includes, where provided:

  • Claude Skill folders;
  • SKILL.md files;
  • design tokens;
  • reusable component source files;
  • backgrounds;
  • icon assets;
  • artwork;
  • demo projects;
  • before-and-after examples;
  • other kit source materials.

You may not make those files available in a public repository, shared download, marketplace, file-sharing service, course, membership, or template library.

7. NO REPACKAGING

You may not use the Brand Kit, or a lightly modified copy of it, to create a product whose primary purpose is to provide the Brand Kit or its reusable system to other people.

This includes selling or distributing it as a:

  • Brand Kit;
  • UI kit;
  • theme;
  • template;
  • starter;
  • Claude Skill;
  • prompt pack;
  • component library;
  • design system.

You may sell a finished product that uses the design system.

You may not sell the design system itself.

8. OWNERSHIP

Except for materials covered by separate third-party licenses, Eden HQ LLC owns or controls the copyright and other applicable rights in the original Brand Kit materials.

Your purchase gives you this license.

It does not transfer ownership of the Brand Kit to you.

You own the original work you independently create.

9. FONTS AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

Some Brand Kits may include or reference fonts, libraries, or other materials governed by separate licenses.

Those materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Each kit must include a THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file or equivalent containing the notices and license files required for included third-party materials.

This Brand Kit License does not replace, narrow, or expand those third-party licenses.

10. REFUNDS

The Shared Terms below apply.

Downloading a Brand Kit does not by itself end the voluntary 14-day refund period.

However, the voluntary refund policy does not apply after you use the Brand Kit in a live public product, paid product, client delivery, or other commercial deployment.

Mandatory legal rights still apply.
