Terms of Service
Effective date: 24 September 2026
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Eden HQ LLC. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that seller.
These terms cover accounts, digital course purchases, and community participation on this website. They do not cover purchases from Eden’s separate website.
You accept these terms when you agree to them during account creation or checkout. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms for course purchases. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account or purchase a course.
Use an email address you control. Keep your password and emailed sign-in links private, and do not share your account. Each account and course purchase is for one person.
Choose a username that does not impersonate someone else. Your username is public. The site does not display your account email address publicly.
You are responsible for the information you provide and the activity you authorize through your account. Contact photo@arianrousta.com if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
3. What you are buying
The courses are The Intentional iPhone System and Build Websites and Apps. Each course is a separate purchase unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
A course purchase provides account-based access to that course’s video lessons, written handouts, and lesson question threads. The course page describes the content included in your purchase.
Joining a free waitlist is not a purchase and does not authorize a future charge.
4. Price and payment
The price and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. A course purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no trial or automatic renewal.
Stripe processes payment through its hosted checkout. This website does not receive or store your card number.
Course access is granted to your account after Stripe confirms payment. Contact photo@arianrousta.com if payment succeeds but access does not appear.
Checkout is not open yet. Neither course is on sale, and no payment can be taken until it is.
5. How long access lasts
Your purchase includes 24 months of online course access, starting when Stripe confirms your payment.
There is no automatic renewal or additional charge when that period ends. Online access may end at that point. Any permission to keep downloaded materials is explained below.
Access may end earlier following a refund, an account closure under these terms, or permanent course closure under the policy below.
6. Included support
Account and payment help is available at photo@arianrousta.com. You may ask lesson questions in the course’s question threads, but a personal answer or response time for those questions is not promised. Private coaching, project reviews, and individual troubleshooting are not included.
Any response or processing time expressly stated in the Refund Policy still applies to refund requests.
7. Updates and course closure
Your purchase does not include a promise of continuing updates or future editions. If we stop updating or selling a course, we will still honor the access period you purchased. Before a planned permanent closure that will end purchased access early, we will give affected buyers at least 30 days’ notice by email. If permanent closure prevents us from providing the remaining purchased access, we will issue a full refund for the affected course. This also applies when an unplanned permanent closure prevents advance notice.
8. Refunds
The Refund Policy explains eligibility, the request window, how to request a refund, processing, and what happens to course access.
The policy in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase. A later policy change will not reduce those refund rights.
Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Using the course materials
Buying a course gives you permission to use its materials under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the lessons or handouts to you.
You may apply what you learn in your own projects, including paid work.
You may download handouts expressly marked for download and keep them for your own learning after online access expires. Lesson videos are streaming-only. If your purchase is refunded, permission to retain downloaded course materials ends and you must delete those copies. You do not need to delete your own original work created by applying what you learned.
Except with permission or where the law allows, you may not share your account, record or extract lesson videos, distribute course files, publicly upload the materials, resell them, or repackage them as another course.
10. Community and lesson questions
The community is publicly readable. Student posting opens with the first course launch and requires eligible purchased course access. Lesson question threads are also subject to these conduct rules.
You may ask questions, disagree, and give honest criticism. Do not harass or threaten people, impersonate others, post spam or scams, share someone else’s private information without permission, upload malicious content, or distribute material you do not have the right to share.
You retain ownership of your posts. By submitting a post, you give us permission to store it, display it in the area where you posted it, and moderate it as needed to operate the site. This is not permission to use your post in advertising.
Posts that break these rules may be removed. Removal clears the post’s text but leaves a record that the post existed for moderation purposes. It is not necessarily deletion of every associated record.
Use the site’s reporting option or email photo@arianrousta.com to report a problem.
11. Restrictions and account closure
We may restrict posting, suspend access, or close an account for serious or repeated violations of these terms, fraud, unauthorized sharing of course access, security threats, or when required by law.
Where reasonably possible and safe, we will explain the reason. You may request a review by emailing photo@arianrousta.com.
A restriction does not remove refund rights under the Refund Policy or rights provided by law. Ending access for a business closure is governed by the course-closure policy, not treated as a member violation.
You may stop using the site at any time. To request account closure, email photo@arianrousta.com. Closing an account ends access through it but does not, by itself, create a refund entitlement. The Privacy Policy explains how account information and records are handled.
12. What is not promised
The courses provide educational material. No particular creative, technical, business, or financial result is promised.
Software and outside services demonstrated in a course may change. We do not promise that those services, or this website, will always work without interruptions or errors.
These statements do not excuse a failure to provide the course as described, override the purchased access commitment, or remove refunds or other rights available under these terms or applicable law.
13. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost business opportunities or expected profits, arising from your use of a course.
For claims relating to a purchased course, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course.
These limits do not reduce a refund promised under these terms. They do not apply to fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will show the new effective date on this page. We will notify existing account holders by email of changes that materially affect their account use or purchases.
Changes will not retroactively reduce the access, included content, or refund rights attached to an existing purchase without your agreement. Where renewed agreement is required, we will ask for it before applying the change.
15. Governing law
Arizona law governs these terms, except where applicable law gives you protections that cannot be waived by choosing another state’s law.
Nothing here requires you to give up a right to bring a claim in a court where applicable law allows it.
