What this site collects.
Your enquiry is saved privately so I can respond and plan your project. This site also uses hosting security checks and the measurement tools described below. I do not sell your details.
When you enquire
Booking and print requests send the details you enter to this website. They are stored privately with Vercel and shown in my private enquiry desk. Resend handles notification emails, and I may receive a phone notification. I use these details to respond and plan your project. Sending a request does not reserve a date.
When you join the course waitlist
Joining the waitlist saves your email address, signup date and permission to receive course launch updates privately with Vercel. I can view and export the list from my private dashboard, and use it to tell you when The Intentional iPhone System is ready. Joining does not book a session, buy the course or take a payment. You can ask me to remove you at any time using the contact details below.
Protecting request forms
Vercel BotID checks browser and request signals to help distinguish visitors from automated submissions. Requests must pass a server check before being saved. Rate limits use hashed network and email identifiers, and suspicious-content checks help prevent unwanted confirmation emails. If a check fails, you can contact me directly.
What is kept in your browser
If you arrive from an advert, the site stores the advertising click identifier that brought you here, so that when you enquire I can tell which advert to keep paying for. It is stored on your own device for thirty days and then deleted. It identifies a click, not a person. The site also remembers, on your device only, that it has already counted your enquiry, so one enquiry is not counted twice.
Measurement
When advertising is running, this site loads Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set their own cookies and tell Google that a page was viewed and that an enquiry was made. They are not told your name, your email address or your phone number. When advertising is not running, none of it loads at all: no script, no cookie, and no request to Google. You can stop it either way with any browser setting or extension that blocks Google, and nothing on this site will break.
The main photography site also uses Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and how visitors move through pages. The private dashboard is excluded from analytics and session recording. The standalone course preview currently does not load Google Analytics or Clarity.
Paying
Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never to this site or to me. What I receive is the amount, the session, and the date it holds.
What I never do
I do not sell your details. Service providers process them as described above. I do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, and I do not publish photographs of a private session without asking you first.
Asking me to delete something
Text or email and I will delete what I hold and confirm it.
